We have been involved in real estate investing since 2006. We have flipped properties and we have held other properties long term. We have also constructed several new builds. With our long term holds, we have experience holding residential land, long term rentals and short term/vacation rentals. Our long-term investments include Condos, single family residences, duplexes, tri-plexes, four-plexes, and smaller mixed-use commercial/residential properties. We have created and served on multiple HOA boards.
Before we had our own capital, we used other short term capital funds (hard money) to buy and sell/hold real estate. We have worked with many investors that thrived during the recession and many that failed during the recession. We have learned what is effective and what isn't effective to safeguard against bigger market corrections like we saw during the great recession.
Having 15+yrs experience in mortgage banking, we understand how to prepare and qualify investors for long term financing. We have provided direction to thousands of people in improving their credit scores and positioning themselves financially so they can better qualify for loans with banks.
